For hygiene and product safety reasons, lip makeup products should be unused, unopened, untested, and in their original packaging when the return is based on personal preference, wrong shade selection by the customer, or change of mind.

5. Hygiene and Product Safety Notice

Because FLBPDONLIPS sells lip makeup products, including lipsticks, lip glosses, lip glazes, and similar beauty items, certain return restrictions may apply for hygiene reasons.

Opened, used, tested, applied, unsealed, or visibly handled lip makeup products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless:

7. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

If the return is caused by a damaged item, incorrect item, missing item, or confirmed product issue, FLBPDONLIPS will cover the approved return shipping cost.

If the return is requested due to personal preference, wrong shade selection by the customer, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise confirmed by our customer service team.

We do not provide a public return address on this page because return instructions may vary by order situation. Please contact us first and wait for authorization before sending any item back.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another reasonable solution.
